After a successful financial services career at Fannie Mae—working with major clients such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Chase—John retired to Virginia Beach, Virginia to be closer to family and embrace his role as a grandparent.

Retirement proved short-lived, as John soon joined Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia, serving as a Business Analyst in the Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery Departments and volunteering as a cuddler in the NICU. After four fulfilling years, he transitioned to Sentara Healthcare, where he worked as a Senior Business Analyst in the real estate department. John later brought his expertise to HBRE, continuing his commitment to impactful work in the healthcare and real estate sectors.

Outside the office, he enjoys being a grandparent and cycling, recently completing a 600+ mile cross country ride across Ireland.
