Ashley joined HBRE in 2025 and is a Virginia native with over 10 years of healthcare real estate experience. Prior to joining HBRE, she was the Director of Master Planning and Real Estate Transactions at a Virginia-based health system where she helped manage approximately 13 million square feet and 12 hospital campuses. She brings experience and knowledge in healthcare real estate transactions, project management and real estate strategy.

She holds a Bachelor of Biology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Management and Policy from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys the beach and spending time with her husband, two children and pup named Captain.
