Amy Byrd joined HBRE in January 2026, bringing more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate with a specialized focus on medical office operations and platform leadership. Prior to joining HBRE, Amy spent most of her career with Healthcare Realty, where she played a key role in leading and optimizing large-scale medical real estate operations.

A Tennessee native, Amy has built her entire career in commercial real estate, with additional experience at Trammell Crow Company and Prologis. Her expertise spans property management, operational efficiency, tenant relations, and delivering high-performance outcomes across complex healthcare real estate portfolios.

As Vice President of Property Management, Amy is passionate about creating best-in-class operational platforms, enhancing tenant experiences, and driving long-term asset value for clients and partners.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Memphis and has completed leadership training programs through Belmont University and Vanderbilt University.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time at the lake, cooking, and staying active through a variety of fitness activities.
